Speaking @SwanseaCon next week

I’m so excited!! The time has come.Next week I will be travelling to Wales go give a talk at SwanseaCon based on my last year experience. “Managing Global Teams – Lessons learned“.

Shame on me!! I have to admit it. It’s the first time I’m visiting UK.

It’s also the first time that I’m giving this talk so the excitement is tripled! The talk is just a presentation of what I have found as best practices when you need to manage global development teams. From staffing and candidate screening to the creation of a virtual office and performance evaluation. Some of the ideas apply as well to the “traditional” teams but there are many differences and I think you will love it!

It’s the first time of SwanseaCon and to be honest there are so great talks I want to attend and so many awesome speakers I want to meet (again) and chat with. I’ll be around from Sunday to Tuesday and I’ll be very glad to chat with any topic you want.

This year looks great and if you can’t attend SwanseaCon you might be able to meet me at some other conference I’ll attend this year.
